Hello, and welcome!
I am an editor, copyeditor, proofreader, and fact-checker with deep and varied experience in publishing health and medical content. I retired from Harvard Medical School in June 2024.
I created and maintained HMS’s first online style guide for science news stories and news releases, newsletters, deans’ communications, student and campus events, and Harvard Medicine, the alumni and research magazine of HMS.
Focus areas include health and medical content, conscious/inclusive language, plain language, digital accessibility, style guides, and indexing.
Interests include language usage, linguistics, baking, cooking, rowing, running, and yoga. In these areas, I can edit, copyedit, proofread, and create indexes.
If you’re looking for copyediting or proofreading, or if you’d like to update your organization’s style guide, I can help.
